These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of liagent ("liagent", "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Summary: liagent is a B2B CRM platform with AI features. You pay for access, we provide the service, you own your data. Be responsible with how you use it.
liagent is a B2B CRM platform that includes AI-powered lead research, ICP scoring, outreach sequences, deal coaching, and pipeline management. The Service is provided as-is via a web browser at liagent.ro.
To use liagent, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted until a subscription is activated. Trial period starts from the date of account creation.
After the free trial, continued use of liagent requires a paid subscription:
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. liagent does not store your payment card information. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
You agree NOT to use liagent to:
liagent integrates with the Anthropic Claude API to provide AI-powered features. By using these features:
You own your data. liagent does not claim ownership of any leads, contacts, notes, or other data you enter into the platform. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your leads at any time via Leads → Export CSV. You can delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
liagent, its logo, design, and software code are owned by liagent and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. third-party service outages including Supabase, Anthropic, or Vercel). We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liagent's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to liagent in the 3 months preceding the claim.
liagent is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue or business opportunities; accuracy of AI-generated content; or actions taken based on lead data generated by the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI features will produce accurate results.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay for the Service, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or liagent. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which liagent is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
